John has been a photographic consultant to Eastman Kodak Company since 1983. During that time he has worked on the development of numerous Kodak Professional photographic products. Among these products are Kodak T-Max Professional films (both the original versions of T-Max 100 and T-Max 400, as well as the recently enhanced version of T-Max 400), Kodak T-Max and T-Max RS film developers, Kodak Polymax paper, and Kodak Elite paper.

When Kodak introduced their flagship exhibition quality, fiber base graded paper, Kodak Elite Fine Art, they selected John's photograph Aspens, Dusk, Conway Summit to promote the product. Prominent two-page advertisements, similar to the illustration below, appeared in virtually every photography magazine around the world. In addition, Kodak created a variety of posters, brochures, and paper samplers using John's Aspens photograph, along with some of John's other images. Below you will see a poster produced for Kodak Professional retail stores in Japan.

John is proud to have had such a long and fruitful working relationship with Kodak, and is proud to have Kodak as the primary sponsor of the John Sexton Photography Workshops - a sponsorship that has been in place for nearly a quarter of a century.
